Misc		He - an educated guess suggests that Walter Day is Thomas Roberts father. The name of the father is omitted from his birth certificate and later Thomas pops up as Thomas Day in Walter Day's army pension record. Mary Thomas' mother married Walter Day when her hsuband Thomas Roberts died. Is this because her son Thomas really is the son of Walter Day?
